Heather, 28 weeks

So, before you even think to yourself anything at all, I know, I'm late, again! I've had the last few up on my Facebook page, but completely forgot to post them to the blog! I'm sorrrrrrrry! The good news is, I'll be seeing my sweet sis again in just a few days! I promise to post them as soon as I get them done! Heather is 28 weeks in the following pictures. I think it's safe to say she definitely has a glow about her! Each time I document how far along Heather is, I get excited, and every time I book a session with any age children, I get even more excited!! I absolutely cannot wait for Olive to get here!! xoxo

Payton, 2 years

Oh how I adore this sweet little girl! She was so much fun! If only you could have seen me after the session, hair was out of control from rolling around in the leaves. I even caught Momma picking leaves out of my hair later. Ha! I love these types of sessions. There's no seriousness, just pure fun. Payton was a hoot! She's at that perfect age where she's developing her own personality, for sure. Oh, and the horses, what is there to say? They were absolutely stunning. Payton was so fearless, she walked right up to the horses, fed them, rode them. It was perfect. I loved this session so much! Hope to get the chance to play with this sweet pea again, in the future!

I Heart Faces Challenge, Bokeh

The reason for the season. It's so easy to forget what Christmas is really all about. Between the hustle and the bustle of the busy season, the running my wallet dry (as if it weren't already) and the go, go, go, we lose touch somewhere along the way!! My husband and I will be celebrating our First Married Christmas together, a staple time in our lives. Sometimes I just want to sit back, and take it all in. Enjoy this time, and these moments. Here's to remembering who it's really all about.

Furry Faces

This is my entry for I Heart Faces "Furry Faces" photo entry, this week. It's my spoiled rotten baby, Maximus. I absolutely love this photo because it 100 % captures his life.  He's a Momma's boy through and through. He waits all day on me to get home, so he can play, and all I want to do is snap photos! I can hear him, "Mommmmm, I just want you to throw the ball"! I will tell you that after I snapped this, I did throw the ball :) Like I said, he's spoiled rotten.

Families Combined!

 These two sisters are a close nit family! They wanted pictures with both of their families together! What an awesome idea! Pat, the oldest son of the two families is a good friend of ours and asked me if I was interested! Of course the answer was yes! These were taken in downtown Chattanooga, TN. They looked super good together!

The Blalock Family

This family was precious! They came in perfectly coordinating attire, and I LOVED it! Also a neat fact, Dad of this presh family lived in my house!! Yes, you heard correctly! He lived in my house while in college some odd years ago! How ironic! I hope you enjoy this sweet family!

New Website!

It will host all of my future photo galleries. So, there are a few changes that will be taking place.  I will no longer be posting all of the photos from a session on Facebook. I will continue to post sneak peaks/teasers when possible. As my portfolio builds, I will be condensing my albums on Facebook as well.  Albums will only be categories, rather than full galleries. I will still continue my blog, and you will be able to access a link to that on my new webpage! I am soooo stinkin' excited to have this new webpage. I hope you all enjoy it! Heather {23 weeks}

So, I am a little behind on keeping you updated with Heather, and her pregnancy. The photo below is her, at 23 weeks, she sent me a picture of her today, at 29 weeks!! Yah, talk about behind. But, better late than never. I took this picture when David and I went to visit Heather and Chance! Great visit, great food!!  So far, everything is just as it's suppose to be! Heather can now feel the baby move!!! I couldn't feel her, but I most definitely will next time! All doctors visits have been great, Mommy and Baby O are doing perfect!  We'll be seeing Heather and Chance next week for Thanksgiving {eeeexcited!}, so I'll definitely be updating you guys soon thereafter! Enjoy!

The Hammetts {Fall Mini}

I had the pleasure of photographing these two very beautiful people. I absolutely love this couple! Magan and I worked together a few years ago, and we became instant friends! She and her man, Mark decided to get hitched one day, and couldn't wait any longer! So, they went straight to the courthouse! If you know Magan, this is so her! They had a small reception later, but still never had the opportunity to take some portrait photographs. I was so honored she asked me to get some shots of them! Magan, I am so happy for you and Mark. The love between you two is very evident. I wish you both many more years of happiness!

The Starr Family {Fall Mini}

This sweet family is absolutely gorgeous! My husband helped me with the Fall Mini sessions, and he could not stop talking about what a good looking family they are! I could not agree more! They were all such a joy to be around, and the kiddos were great!! You have an awesome family, Mike and Jessica!

The Martins {1st Anniversary}

My sweet sorority sister Amanda, and her man, Brandon, celebrated their 1st Anniversary this past weekend. Amanda decided she wanted to have this time in their lives (and maybe every Anniversary for that matter!) documented. For their gifts, they chose to make them. Amanda made Brandon a small book, that had 52 memories from their first year. Brandon made Amanda a birdhouse! Both were so creative!! She had some really cute ideas, that she is wanting to make a tradition! This was such a neat idea, thank you for letting me capture this time in your lives! Kelly & Tyler {Maternity}

I had the pleasure of taking these photos of Kelly and Tyler, and their expectant little boy, Jake, who is due this December. The weather was perfect, and so was this couple! I adored this session, and capturing this special time in their lives. Kelly is just gorgeous. Pregnancy looks soooo good on her. It's always refreshing to capture people who are full of life.  These two were just that! I know you two will be great parents, I can't wait to see baby Jake!

Heather {19 weeks}

I'm sure you've already picked up on this, but I'll be posting pictures of my sister-in-law, Heather as she progresses through the stages of maternity. Loving these photos of her at 19 weeks. She's exactly half way there. She's still barely showing!!!! It's driving me crazy (as a photographer)! Everytime I see Heather it makes me that much more excited for baby Olive to get here! Enjoy!

We have here, my spoiled rotten baby, Maximus. He is a two year old, brat. Most definitely a Momma's boy. I took out the camera, and he immediately got bummed, b/c he wanted to go back outside to play! Normally, I would just give up and put the camera away..but he was so darn pitiful I couldn't resist the snap!

I Heart Faces Photo Challenge- "A Touch of Light"

This week's photo challenge, by I Heart Faces, is "A Touch of Light". I love natural light and sun flare, I am so excited to browse through everyone's entries!  The first photo that instantly came to my mind was a snapshot, that my friend Chris took a few years ago, of my {now} husband and I. The picture was caught so randomly, with the sun in the perfect spot! This is definitely one of my favorite photos.

Heather is having a baby, girl!!!

I am so excited and proud to finally be able to announce that my sister in law, Heather Williams is having a baby!! Two weekends ago, I threw a "gender reveal" party. It was fabulous! The theme was "What'll it Bee"(hence the bee cake). No one (except Heather and Chance...boo) knew what the sex of baby, until the cake was cut! The inside of the cake was PINK!! She is having a baby GIRL!!!!
